Every morning as the clouds make way for the sun,

As the morning takes its turn from the night,

The earth shades it shine to this part of earth,

The fight for life begins yet again for another day.

It's now 8 am,

The traffic is nonetheless equally jam,

pack to the brim,

As if the fight for life

centred in the middle of the city,

The fight now roses up one step higher.

By lunch,

Time for food vendors to make living,

Some starved to make ends meet,

Some spent like no tomorrow,

Some eat quietly in the pantry,

Too shy to be known for bringing ration,

Some pretending to be busy,

for the wallet is empty,

Yet again, the fight for life goes another ladder up.

It's now 5pm,

For the car owners,

Missed the 4pm clock,

You are now stuck in the traffic lock,

Cursing as if it's a shock,

For the bus takers,

The waiting is endless,

And now the fight for life is another level up.

For mothers and children

and some fortunate people,

10pm is bedtime,

Whereas for the one who sat in traffic,

waited on the bus no near to rapid,

10pm is dinner,

10pm to say love to family,

10pm to make love to love ones,

10pm to connect back to life.

It's now midnight,

the moon blooms brightly,

the bed is calling,

the pillow is waiting,

As they put their head down,

lying,

Their mind ponders a little,

"I have won the fight yet another day",

And the circle of life begins,

if and only if,

I make it alive tomorrow

For Life a never ending fight.

p/s: It rain and rain and rain and rain. I had to take a refer paper today and if I fail this one again, my life circle is still up nonetheless but my degree life will be frantically OVER. And I have to face the consequences, and by that, a bad one. Well,let it comes by, we just have to face it and make it to the end eh? :)

Pernah tak setiap semester kau fail paper, takpun kau terpaksa berpisah dengan keluarga kerana salah faham, ataupun ada sahaja benda yang jadi that makes you feel that nak give up? Benda tu semua normal, aku pun ada masa rasa nak lari tinggalkan Malaysia, nak tinggalkan semua problems but I'm not a quitter and you should be one too.

Memang hidup ni susah, tu aku pon takkan tipu. Buat adik2 yang masih di sekolah, percayalah zaman sekolah tu zaman yang terbaik. Setakat brake up makwe/pakwe tu takda benda lah. Life as an adult either ruins you or brings success to you.

Ada masa yang kau akan jatuh teruk, rasa nak bangun tu takkan akan mampu, but believe me, kau sebenarnya dilahirkan mampu untuk tempuhi apapun dugaan Tuhan berikan.

Jadi, jangan putus asa. bak kata Josh Gorban "Don't give up, It's just the weight of the world" . Semua benda ni bagi aku adalah ujian untuk uji kau, sama ada kau mampu bertahan atau tidak.

Kau dan aku dah sememangnya fated to be tested. Memang kekadang tu teramat lah berat, air mata tu berbaldi2 mengalir, cokelat cadbury habis sepuluh papan kau telan. Aku pernah berada kat tempat kau dan akan sentiasa ada. Percayalah, siapa tahu, Tuhan dah sediakan kau kebahagian in future.

Setiap kali kau nak give up, rasa suicidal, rasa nak mati, rasa nak lari atau nak buat benda bodoh sebab kau dah tak tahan, STOP, tell yourself "Aku kuat, aku kuat, aku kuat!" , bagitau diri kau yang Tuhan takkan biarkan kau keseorangan.

If He brings you into it, He will certainly bring you through it. Have faith in God, have faith in yourself, have faith in Life.

Kau single? Tak pernah couple wahmal sekali pon? Chill lah, aku pon. Siapa tak rasa sunyi, jealous tgk budak2 rumah kau couple , dating pagi petang siang malam. Lagi pedih bila tengok cousin2 ko kahwin seh , oh sebak! Tapi yakin lah yang kau tak mungkin forever alone.

Nak kata aku ni jenis nak kena ada orang sentiasa di sisi, tak lah jugak. But aku tahu ada jer minah2 ataupun abg2 muka genster tapi dalam hati taman klcc yang macam manapun kena ada teman disisi. Some people just need the other half to live their life, sort of their life support machine. C'mon people, selama ni ko hidup jer takda the other half. You gotta be strong girls and tough guys!

Percayalah, kalau kau sekarang single, putus cinta dah sebagainya, your the other half is waiting. You know what, I always believe that the right person that God has decided for you, is somehow, somewhere outside there waiting for you. Bila the time is right and kau dah bersedia, Tuhan akan bawakkan kau pada dia atau vice versa. Percayalah....

Amalina Che Bakri?

Amalina definitely was an Idol back in her years. Sebab apa? Go figure. Dude, she scored 17As, that is equivalent to 22As this era.

So, apa yang kecoh2 aku dengar kat twitter sampain trending nama minah tu? Dulu kecoh kata dia fail lah, kena buang university lah, kena balik malaysia lah. Bila lah kita nak stop all these harassment. And we are not even sure that is Amalina in those photos.

Agreed that as a Muslim women, she should cover her aurat and present herself well. But she is an adult and she should be the one deciding her life. And please don't tell me that she is the only one facing this culture shock thingy. Please, I have friends in MALAYSIA facing culture shock coming to Kuala Lumpur.

Memang sedap nak mengata orang, maki orang, label orang and maki2 tapi pernah tengok diri sendiri tak? I mean, c'mon, you are not even at the par the moral standard.Aku respect siapa yang nak nasihat, like, ikhlas nasihat. Tapi apa yang tengah trending dekat twitter is far from nasihat, it's more to "I'm gonna thrash that bitch coz then I look holier" . Damn people!

Tanpa korang sedari, tah2 Amalina tengah stress giler2 sebab korang pressure dia macam ni. Korang label dia mcm2. Korang maki hamun dia, korang keji. It's already tough living in overseas, it gets tougher when your own Malaysian thrashing you.

I'm not here to defend Amalina. But I'm just here to share that it's already bad she is doing whatever she did in those photos (if that is her), it's even worst when you start to humiliate her further. C'mon Malaysians, PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKE. Take a bite and move on.

Hola!

Today, Kak Yana told me that she wants me to join her segment : Segmen YY | Mengapa saya Berblogging . So, yeah, why not? Kebetulan, aku pon takda kerja harini, yay, article dah hantar. So, nak join jugak pon boleh, just click the banner.

So, kenapa eh ber-blogging? I started back in 2008, time tu aku baru habis spm, tunggu result, and tengah kerja. So, it was like 4 years ago, so my memory is not that sharp to recall every single details. haha..so,

Tahlah, the only thing I remember is that, I was bored while working as an Adventure crew that I borrowed my friend's laptop and registered. Actually kalau korang rajin, boleh selak my previous postings, I thrashed out my anger towards the Americans who invaded Iraq that time.

Frustrated much, yeah, but mostly annoyed by the ruthless invasion. So, aku rasa, the best reason why I started my blog was that aku nak suara aku didengari.

I want the world to know how painful it was to witness all the sufferings by those people in Iraq. Ater 4 years, still, nothing much change in Iraq. Keadaan still sama, the war is still on.

Fast forward 4 years, here I am, writing for pleasure, still trying to get my voice out but most importantly now is that blogging is a new way to make great friends. Nak kata niat ber-blogging tu dah berubah 100% tak lah but in term of how and why I write probably ada perubahan.

~~So, what was it that I crap just now?~~ Oh yeah, that's basically the story behind how I started thebigsmallboy. So, what was the reason that made you guys start a blog? C'mon, meh share, aku pon nak tau. Mana tau, nanti aku boleh tulis script based on cerita korang. ;)

2012 datang dengan tangisan kerana disambut berseorangan sambil menyiapkan article yang diorder. Padan muka pada diri sendiri kerana procrastinate tak ingat dunia. Well I'm a bad boy! Apapun, happy new year peeps!

2011 merupakan tahun yang agak pelik bagi aku. Masuk 1st year degree padahal kawan2 dah 3rd year, yeah, thanks MOE! Tahun yang agak adventurous kerana berjaya ber-backpack seorang diri dalam Malaysia. Aku juga berjaya mengekalkan my "virginity" of being single! Talks about being single, no, takda azam nak ber-couple in 2012. Na, I have better things to "couple" with in 2012.

Banyak actually, macam AdamEben , aku pun nak mulakan backpack solo aku ke luar negara. Disebabkan aku ni masih lagi undergrad, so my backpack scope is somehow limited in Asia only. Antara negara yang bakal dijejaki:

Actually, I have a lot of backpacking stories that I kept to my own. I do feel like sharing but I've been putting it aside and now it's already 2012. Tu la, dah malas, what to do. Anyhow, yeah, 2012 nak travel banyak2, nak tengok tempat orang, nak cari erti hidup, nak cari jalan pulang. Dah rindu nak masuk lorong2 jalan yang pelik, hop on the bus and realize that you are on the wrong bus, nak makan local food sampai toilet tu jadi bestfriend sebab kena food poisoning. So,yeah, 2012 is the year for thebigsmallboy to travel.

Gym.Losing Weight. Buff up.

Actually lama dah nak lose weight, been trying a lot of things to lose weight tapi FAIL. So , 2012 ni dah tanam azam kaw2 tu really lose weight and buff up. I actually joined Chief Original Bootcamp back in 2011, all thanks to my best friend sebab dia belikan the 1st deal coupon for the 1st month. I ended up joining for 3 months, tapi tu lah, time constraint, study, and my wreck financial problem, I had to put it on hold. This time around, I want to lose weight seriously. I'm 22 and I want to have at least another 50 years in my life. Selain tu, I actually nak nampak a lil bit better. Hello, aku pon nak nampak hot, boleh? hahaha....

Iqbal Fahreen Hamdan dan Ibu.

Okay, aku dah post cerita ni sometimes ago but it seems legit to repost it again. Cerita ni benar belaka dan kesahihannya oleh mr google kerana budak istimewa ini memang wujud. Tapi cerita yang aku nak kongsi is really not about Iqbal but his ibu yang aku rasa is one very special mother (besides mine of coz).

Sedangkan airmata jantan aku pon jatuh setiap kali aku baca cerita ni, apatah anda2 yang dalam hati sediaada taman. Kalau anda baca dan tak menitik setitikpon airmata, tahniah, anda adalah manusia yang paling keras hati. Tapi I bet mesti at least ada yang paling kuman pon sendu2, sebak2 kan? kan?

Tapi aku tak post cerita ni semata2 nak korang cry rain, hail and storm whatever. I learned something from this; never ever ever take someone for granted in your life. Kau tak akan pernah sedar yang mungkin member yang selama kau selisih bahu jer padahal duduk sebilik katil atas lagi, meninggal.Time tu barulah tersedu2 teringat sampai macam mana mamat/minah tu pegang pen time dia still hidup. Time tu dah terlambatlah....

So, enjoy the story and rejoice life like there's no tomorrow peeps. Keep appreciating those who appreciates you and ignore who doesn't. Remember, life ain't a lifetime, your "call up" is anytime but soon.

p/s: Sebelum terlupa, sebelum nak baca, aku rasa lagi feeling kalau korang play lagu Aiman yang aku dah attached ni. Trust me, you'll know why.

The story:

Mak pandang jenazah abang yang terbaring kaku. Walaupun muka sembap, perut membusung, namun mak nampak ketenangan pada wajah abang.

Mak ambil pisau. Mak potong baju-T yang tersarung pada tubuh abang, baju terkahir yang abang pakai, Mak terpaksa potong kerana kerana baju itu tidak muat untuk melalui perut abang yang 'buncit'.

Tapi, mak akan simpan baju itu. Mak tak cuci, sesekali boleh mak cium baju itu, sekadar pengubat rindu di hati. Kemudian abah kendong tubuh abang ke pangkin yang telah disediakan. Lalu abah dan mak mendikan jenazah abang. Hanya kami berdua. Mak tak mahu orang lain. Biar tangan abah dan mak yang menjiruskanair buat kali terakhir pada tubuh kecil abang.

Mak nampak anak mata abah, berkaca-kaca, setitis dua air matanya tumpah, mengalir di pipi, tapi cepat-cepat abah sapu dengan lengan sasanya.

"Bang, jangan menangis. Kita selesaikan hingga ke titisan terkahir," begitulah kata mak pada abah.

Setelah abang dimandikan, mak bantu abah kapankan jenazah abang. Pun hanya kami berdua juga. biar tangan kami saja yang memakai dan membalutkan kain terakhir pada tubuh abang.

"Kakak, jangan menangis. tak baik buat abang macam tu!"

Itu pesan mak semasa kakak-kakak mahu mengucup dahi abang buat kali terakhir. Abah pula selepas mengucup dahi abang, cepat-cepat abah menjauh memalingkan muka.

Mak nampak air mata abah berjuntaian membasahi pipi. Dan buat kali terakhir itu juga, mak usap dahi abang. Mak senyum, lantas kucup dahi abang.

Mak bisikkan: "Abang tunggu mak di syurga ya!"

Akhirnya, wajah abang 'ditutup'. Kami sembahyangkan abang buat kali terakhir. Ramai betul jemaah yang turut serta. Setelah itu, kami bawa abang ke tanah perkuburan.

Abah masuk ke dalam liang lahad untuk menyambut jenazah abang. Alhamdulillah, semua kerja dipermudahkan. Abang sudah selamat di sana.

Bertubi-tubi mak terima ucapan takziah daripada tetamu yang datang. Abang nak tahu, ada satu soalan yang mereka tanyakan pada mak.

Soalan itu asyik terngiang-ngiang di telinga mak. Tanya mereka: "Kakak uruskan jenazah anak kandung sendiri, tapi setitis air mata tak jatuh ke pipi? Kenapa kakak tidak menangis?" Itulah soalan mereka.

Mereka hairan kenapa mak tidak menangis, sebaliknya bibir mak tidak lekang dengan senyuman. Kenapa mak masih mampu tersenyum di saat memangku sekujur tubuh yang pernah berada dalam rahim mak dulu? Empat tahun dua bulan mak membesarkan Abang. Mak selak helaian demi helaian paparan kertas dalam diari yang sedikit usang itu. Aduh! Banyak sungguh memori yang tercatat di dalamnya. Membacanya bagaikan meruntun jiwa mak kembali mengenangkan perjalanan derita Abang sejak lahir hingga menghembuskan nafas terakhir. Mata mak terpaku pada catatan peristiwa lebih kurang tiga bulan sebelum Abang pergi. Mak rasa, di sinilah terkandung jawapan yang mak cari-cari. Jawapan untuk soalan yang mereka tanya kenapa mak tidak menangis?

Mak akan bacakan sedikit rentetan diari ini supaya mereka tahu kenapa mak tidak menangis, sayang.

Januari 2011- Perut Abang semakin membusung kerana hati membengkak. kata doktor, semua organ dalaman Abang sudah rosak, sudah 'reput'. Tidak boleh diselamatkan lagi. Tidak mengapa. Hati mak berkata, cukuplah! Tidak akan ada lagi pembedahan untuk Abang.

26 Februari 2011- Hari ini ulang tahun ke-4 abang. Dua hari sebelum itu, mak tanya, abang nak kek apa? Abang jawab, nak kek lori sampah! Hah Hah.. Tergelak mak. Abang suka sangat melihat lori sampah yang lalu setiap pagi depan rumah. Sebab itu abang nak kek bentuk lori sampah, Puas mak dan abah melilau sekitar Kuala Lumpur , tetapi tak jumpa kek macam tu. Tak ada yang sanggup buat kek macam yang Abang minta. Mak kecewa! Selama ini, mak tunaikan apa saja permintaan Abang, tapi kali ini mak gagal. Mak belikan kek coklat strawberi sebagai pengganti. Dengan perut membusung, dada berombak kerana sukar bernafas, Abang masih tersenyum dan nampak ceria melayan rakan-rakan yang datang, sama-sama menyanyikan lagu hari jadi abang. Dan ketika itu, hati mak sudah terdetik, mungkin ini hari jadi abang yang terakhir.

7 Mac 2011- Keadaan abang semakin kritikal. Perut abang semakin membesar. Abang tidak mampu untuk bergerak dan lebih banyak terbaring serta asyik sesak nafas. Mak semakin tidak tahan melihatkan keadaan Abang sebegini rupa. Mak bawa Abang ke IJN, rumah 'kedua' abang sepanjang tempoh hayat Abang. Kata doktor, tiada apa yang boleh dilakukan lagi. Abang hanya menanti waktu. mak angguk perlahan-lahan. Mak redha dengan ketentuan ilahi. Dalam hati mak juga terdetik, masa Abang sudah tidak lama lagi. Para ibu di wad tersebut asyik bertanya pada mak, macam mana dengan keadaan Abang? Mak cuma mampu untuk jawab, "InsyaAllah, Abang akan sihat!" Mak terpaksa cakap begitu pada mereka, sebab mak tidak mahu mereka semua lemah semangat jika mereka tahu Abang sudah tiada harapan lagi. Mereka pun sedang bertarung dengan ujian Allah apabila anak-anak yang dikasihi ditimpa penyakit. jadi biarlah jawapan yang mak beri itu kedengaran manis pada telinga mereka. Pahitnya, biarlah mak sendiri yang telan.

13 Mac 2011- Hari ini merupakan hari Ahad. Mak pinta kebenaran doktor untuk bawa Abang pulang kerumah . Doktor izinkan. Biarlah Abang habiskan waktu-waktu terakhir bersama keluarga. Dan disaat-saat akhir ini, mak mahu tunaikan apa saja permintaan Abang. Di rumah, setiap hari mak akan tanya, "Abang nak apa harini?"

Mak masih ingat pada suatu pagi, abang menjawab, "Mak, Abang nak naik kereta bomba!"

Mak termenung dengar permintaan Abang. Bila abah pulang ke rumah, terus mak ajak abah keluar. Abah tanya pergi mana?

Mak jawab, "Balai bomba!"

Sampai di situ, mak meminta izin daripada pegawai bomba. Mak kata padanya, Abang teringin sangat nak merasa naik ke dalam trak bomba. Pegawai itu cuma garu-garu kepala, kemudiannya menggeleng-gelengkan kepala. Belum sempat pegawai bomba itu menjawab, lantas mak tarik baju Abang ke paras dada.

Separuh berbisik, mak beritahu pegawai itu, "Encik, ini anak bongsu saya dan hanya menanti masa untuk 'pergi'! Benarkan saya tunaikan impian terakhirnya ini!" Bila lihat perut Abang yang buncit dan dada dipenuhi kesan parut dan jahitan, pegawai itu tidak tunggu lama. Terus dicapainya kunci, dibuka pintu salah satu trak bomba itu. Lantas dia terus dukung Abang dan letakkan Abang ke atas tempat duduk bahagian pemandu. Abang nampak gembira sangat biarpun cuma 15 minit abang di dalam trak itu. Tetapi Abang tidak perasan, ketika itu mak palingkan muka selama lima saat. Sekadar mahu mengelap titisan air mata yang mula bertakung.

Hari lain, mak tanya lagi pada abang, "Abang nak apa?"

Abang pun jawab: "Abang nak naik lori sampah!" Mak dukung Abang, tunggu depan rumah. Bila lori sampah lalu pagi itu menjalankan rutinnya mengutip sampah, Mak tahan lori itu.

"Encik, anak saya teringin naik lori ni. Boleh izinkan sebentar?" Pekerja itu tertawa mendengar kata-kata mak. Kemudian, mak angkat baju Abang dan beritahu perkara sama. Terus berubah mimik wajah mereka. Segera mereka angkat Abang, letakkan di tempat duduk pemandu. Ada antara pekerja itu yang memalingkan muka, tak sangup untuk melihat Abang lama-lama. Sedih agaknya. Begitulah seterusnya. Setiap hari, mak akan tanya pertanyaan yang sama. Kalau Abang nak tengok gajah, mak akan bawa Abang pergi zoo. Walaupun abang tak larat jalan, tak apa.

Mak dan abah tidak kisah, kami silih berganti dukung Abang. Abang pinta nak tengok burung, mak bawa Abang ke taman burung. Abang nak main permainan robot, mak bawa ke kompleks beli-belah yang ada permainan seperti itu. Ke mana saja Abang nak pergi dan apa sahaja yang Abang inginkan, semuanya mak tunaikan! Setiap hari juga mak tanya Abang nak makan apa. Macam-macam Abang teringin nak makan. Murtabak, nasi paprik, milo ais, cendol, air tebu, air bandung , rojak dan macam-macam lagi, semuanya mak tunaikan walaupun makanan itu Abang pinta pada pukul 3.00 pagi.

Mak tahu dan faham, masa Abang bersama mak dan abah semakin suntuk!

27 Mac 2011- Abang semakin kritikal! Abang sudah tidak mampu untuk berkata-kata, apatah lagi untuk bergerak seperti biasa. Mata Abang kuyu dan Abang hanya mampu terbaring sambil memeluk Aina, anak patung kesayangan Abang. Mak segera pinta abah bawa Abang ke hospital.

"Kali ini kita bawa abang ke IJN, tapi kita mungkin akan keluar dengan tubuh abang yang sudah tidak bernafas!" Itulah kata-kata mak pada abah sebelum bertolak ke IJN. Mak mahu abah bersedia dan redha jika apa-apa berlaku. Sampai di IJN, abang terus ditempatkan di wad khas untuk pesakit kritikal.

5 April 2011- Mak telefon sekolah asrama Kakak sulung di Seremban. Mak minta pelepasan daripada cikgu untuk benarkan Kakak pulang.

"Adik tenat. Saya mahu kakak-kakaknya berada di sampingnya pada saat terakhir!" Mak pinta pada cikgu dan Kakak diizinkan pulang. Kemudian, Dr. Adura, doktor yang sinonim merawat abang juga datang melawat. Ketika itu mak ceritakan yang mak terkilan sangat tidak dapat tunaikan permintaan Abang yang mahukan kek berbentuk lori sampah.

7 April 2011- Pagi ini Dr. Adura datang melawat Abang lagi. Kemudian Dr. Adura beritahu ada surprise untuk Abang tengah hari ini. Rupa-rupanya, tengah hari itu tetamu yang juga rakan-rakan alam maya Dr. Adura datang membawa kek lori sampah yang Abang mahukan sebelum ini. Ada dua kek mereka bawa. Mak tak sangka, Dr Adura rajin menulis mengenai kisah abang didalam blognya dan ramai yang menawarkan diri untuk menyediakan kek yang abang pinta. Para tetamu bersama jururawat dan doktor menyanyikan lagu selamat ulang tahun untuk Abang. Tetapi abang kurang ceria, wajah Abang tampak letih dan nafas abang turun naik.

8 April 2011- Tengah hari ini, masih ada lagi tetamu datang membawa kek berbentuk lori warna pink untuk abang. Tetapi abang sangat lemah. Abang sekadar terbaring merenung kek itu. Malam itu, semasa jururawat mengambil tekanan darah Abang, bacaanya meningkat naik. Tetapi hati mak dapat merasakan yang Abang sekadar mahu meredakan keresahan hati mak. Malam itu, hanya mak berdua dengan Abang berada di dalam bilik. Mak pandang sayu wajah abang yang semakin lesu dan pucat. Mak duduk di sebelah Abang, mak peluk dan usap rambut Abang. Mak menangis teresak-esak bagai anak kecil.

Dalam tangis itu, mak katakan pada Abang, "Mak tahu Abang nak senangkan hati mak. Abang tak perlu buat macam tu. Mak tahu Abang nak pergi. Jangan tahan-tahan Abang. Pergilah menghadap Ilahi. Mak sudah sedia. Mak redha segalanya. Mak puas dapat sempurnakan apa sahaja hajat yang Abang pinta. Mak juga bangga kerana Allah hadirkan Abang dalam hidup mak walaupun seketika."

Abang hanya diam, memandang mak dengan pandangan lesu. Dan ketika itu mak menangis sepuas-puasnya. Mak juga berjanji bahwa mak tidak akan menangis lagi selepas itu! Ya, mak tidak akan menangis lagi biarpun abang sudah tiada lagi di dunia.

9 April 2011- Pagi itu mak pesan pada abah agar bawa semua anak-anak datang ke hospital. Masa Abang dah dekat sangat. Mak lihat Abang sudah kritikal. Wajah Abang sudah tampak biru, lebam! Dada Abang berombak, tercungap-cungap menarik nafas.

Abang sudah tidak mahu makan dan minum lagi sejak malam tadi. Pukul 8.00 pagi, abah dan kakak-kakak sampai. Mak suruh Kak Long bacakan Yaasin di sebelah Abang. Mak suruh abah baca juga, tapi bacaan abah tersekat-sekat kerana cuba menahan tangisnya.

Pukul 3.00 petang, Abang semakin lesu. Lantas mak ajak Abang keluar berjalan-jalan.

"Abang, abang nak tengok matahari tak? Jom kita turun kantin minum sambil tengok matahari!"

Abang hanya mengangguk lemah. Mak dukung Abang dan kita satu keluarga turun ke kantin. Abang mahu minum air coklat. Tapi Abang hanya minum seteguk. Kemudian, Abang lentukkan kepala pada bahu mak.

"Abang, tu tengok kat luar tu? nampak tak sinar matahari tu? Cantikkan?" Mak tunjuk pada abang sinar matahari yang kelihatan di celah-celah rintik hujan yang turun waktu itu. Abang angkat kepala melihat ke arah matahari itu. kemudian, abang menguap.

"Abang ngantuk!" Itu kata Abang dan kemudian abang terlentuk semula pada bahu mak. Tiba-tiba jantung mak berdegup kencang. "Bang, jom naik. Abang nak 'tidur'! Mak terus ajak abah dan kakak-kakak naik semula ke wad walaupun mereka belum sempat jamah makanan di atas meja.

Sampai sahaja di wad, mak terus baringkan Abang di atas katil.

Dan Abang terus merintih dalam nada yang lemah, "Makkk..sakit perut..!"

Suara Abang amat perlahan dan amat sayu bunyinya. Lantas mak letak tapak tangan mak atas dahi Abang.

"Abang, hari ini, waktu ini, mak redhakan Abang pergi. Mak halalkan segala makan minum Abang. Mak halalkan air susu mak untuk Abang. Pergilah Abang. Mak izinkan Abang pergi!" Mak ucapkan kata-kata itu sambil merenung jauh ke dalam mata Abang yang semakin kuyu. Saat Abang sedang nazak itu, mak panggil kakak-kakak agar mengucup Abang selagi Abang masih bernafas. Mereka kucup pipi Abang bertalu-talu dan mula meraung dan menangis.

"Kakak! kalau kamu semua nak menangis, keluar dari bilik ini. Mak tak mahu Abang dengar kamu menangis! Jangan seksa Abang dengan tangisan kamu semua!" Mak marah mereka. Mak tidak mahu Abang lihat kami menangisi pemergian Abang. Mak tahu, Abang akan jadi lebih sedih dan berat hati untuk pergi bila melihat kami menangis di saat akhir sakaratulmaut menjemput Abang. Mak tidak mahu tambahkan lagi kesedihan Abang untuk meninggalkan kami. Abah pula hanya berdiri di penjuru bilik, meraup wajah menahan suara tangisannya. Jururawat yang ada dalam bilik juga menangis, mak suruh jururawat keluar dan tutup tirai bilik itu. Mak tak mahu orang luar lihat. Mak tak mahu ada orang menangis di saat Abang akan pergi. Setitis dua mengalir juga air mata mak. Tapi mak masih mampu tersenyum.

"Pergilah Abang. Mak izinkan. Mak izinkan.. pergilah.."

Dan perlahan-lahan mata abang yang layu tertutup rapat, genggaman tangan Abang pada jari mak semakin lemah dan akhirnya terlepas...

Pukul 3.50 petang, akhirnya Abang meninggalkan dunia fana ini. Innalillahiwainnailahirajiun.

Mak kucup dahi Abang. Mak bisikkan di telinga Abang, "Tenanglah Abang di sana . Suatu hari nanti, mak juga pasti akan turuti jejak Abang. Abang... tunggu mak di sana ya! Di syurga!"

Abang, sekarang mak sudah dapat jawapanya. Mengapa mak tidak menangis? Pertama, Abang telah di takdirkan menjadi ahli syurga yang akan membantu mak di sana nanti. Kedua, apa saja keinginan Abang semasa hayat abang telah mak tunaikan. Tiada lagi rasa terkilan di hati mak. Ketiga, segala hutang sebagai seorang ibu telah mak langsaikan semasa hayat Abang. Mak telah sunatkan dan buat akikah untuk Abang. Keempat, mak telah menjalankan tanggungjawab sepenuhnya, sentiasa berada di sisi Abang dan menggembirakan Abang setiap saat dan waktu. Kelima, mak rasa istimewa dipilih Allah untuk mendapat anak seperti Abang. Mak jadi 'kaya' dengan kehadiran Abang. Kaya kesabaran, kaya tawadhuk, kaya keredhaan , kaya keimanan, kaya kawan, kaya ilmu, dan kaya pengetahuan. Mak telah beri segalan-galanya melebihi seratus peratus untuk Abang. Mak telah beri yang terbaik dan mak telah berusaha hingga ke garisan penamat. Sebab itu mak tidak perlu menangis lagi.

Abang.. biarpun kini hidup mak dan abah terasa sunyi dan kosong tanpa Abang tapi... mak akan sentiasa tersenyum mengenangkan saat-saat terindah kehadiran Abang dalam hidup kami biarpun cuma sebentar. Abang dalam kisah ini adalah adik Iqbal Fahreen Hamdan, anak bongsu daripada lima beradik. Abang masuk hospital seawal usia dua minggu akibat menghidapi lima jenis kompilasi jantung termasuklah kekurangan injap, jantung berlubang dan saluran sempit. Abang telah menjalani pelbagai siri pembedahan seawal usia dua bulan dan ada antara pembedahannya yang gagal, malah abang pernah disahkan 'mati' apabila jantungnya berhenti berdenyut. Walaupun pada awalnya doktor mengjangkakan hayat abang tidak lama selepas lahir ke dunia, namun ternyata anak kecil ini mampu bertahan sehingga usia empat tahun untuk meninggalkan kenangan terindah dalam hidup Jamilah (ibu) dan Hamdan (bapa).

I know, mesti ramai nak tau apa kesudahan/ending drama yang meletup Tentang Dhia ni . So I berjaya korek rahsia paling besar dan I already know the ending! Sedih wa cakap lu, tapi cerita Tentang Dhia ni berakhir dengan magis yang sangat menarik sehingga producernya telah berkerjasama dengan sorang doktor yang terkenal dengan product kurusnya! Jeng...Jeng....hah? Apa lagi, nak tahu kesudahan drama Tentang Dhia? Jom baca kat bawah ni.

Setelah tersebarnya gambar dari twitter heroin drama Tentang Dhia iaitu Nora Danish, konon2 gambar di bawah ini adalah kesudahan nasib Dhia. Mati tapi still cantik walaupun dikapankan...khabarnya Dhia meninggal kerana Cancer 3rd Stage ...alahai..kesiannyaa...

TETAPI!!!!

Mengikut sumber2 dari angin2 sempoi2 bahasa, nampaknya kakak-kakak, ibu2, makcik2 dan especially abg2 yang ada taman dalam hati tapi muka gangster habis, sila sedut balik dalam2 airmata anda itu. Boleh lah simpan balik tissue 3posen yang telah beli kerana I dengan ini mengumumkan Dhia tidak mati yakni tidak meninggal dunia ataupun maut.

Anda semua patut berterima kasih kepada dr Rozmey kerana disaat2 Dhia hampir dimatikan, beliau telah berjaya mencipta JuciMerawat Kanser!

Ketika Dhia sedang dirawat di hospital besar, dr Rozmey telah datang melawat dan dengan berbesar hati mengsponsor 2 kotak 12 paket JuciMerawat Kanser yang telah terbukti mampu mengecutkan sel2 kanser dan juga memberikan pulangan lumayan kepada mereka2 yang nak cepat kaya.

Jadi diakhir cerita ini, Dhia telah berjaya sembuh dan kerana terlalu berterima kasih kepada dr Rozmey, beliau telah menjadi leader untuk product JuciMerawat Kanser itu. Dan kerana kekayaan dari hasil menjual JuciMerawat Kanser itulah kisah hidup Dhia berubah seribu darjah.

Selangor Shines FAM Tour 2011 - Day 1 !

Being a blogger sure does bring lots of opportunities! Thanks to Tourism Selangor, I was invited to join their trip to all interesting places in Selangor. Some of the places I don't know eventhough I'm Selangorian! It all started at the Masjid Biru/ the Blue Mosque in Shah Alam. We were 1st taken to Taman Botani Negara in Shah Alam. Lemme tell you! I love it to the bits though I believe Selangor could do something to improve the place, other than that, it's simply awesome!

Can you believe it that we have forest in the middle of Shah Alam? Just like Central Park in NY!

It was winter when I was there, they followed the European seasons.

This is actually one of Selangor water dam. It looks like a lake!

We were then taken to the new Royal Theatre of Selangor. They were having the recording of Maharaja Lawak, and we met some of the comedy performers.

Do you know that Shah Alam has the best library in MALAYSIA? It's brand new and simply awesome! Just like the library that I wanted to go in UK universities.

Later that night, we were invited to the launching of Tourism Selangor website as well as media appreciation night. I kinda regretting for not eating much! (though I eat a lot.haha)

the later of the night was ~~spent sleeping~~ hanging out with Hamzah Ian. at Concorde Hotel. To the management of Concorde Hotel, you guys are like 5 stars hotel but you can't even provide complimentary internet for your guests. Even the USD 5 hotel can provide 24 hours internet. I was asked to pay RM35 to use their wifi service, which in my book is absurd. I was there for less then 24 hours. Anyhow, I think Concorde can do better to attract their customer. ;)

I cooked Nasi briyani, chicken curry, acar as well as papadom on one tiny cooker!

How awesome is that?

Well, that's the perk having to be studying culinary back in Technical school. (Well, I kinda left the profession and took up TESL instead. haha)

And wassup with this MasterChef thing?

I challenge you to cook on one tiny kitchen without any pot or frying pan.

can meh? haha...then call yourself Masterchef (padahal I kecut oso..xD)

Let see if I can make it to the challenge or not?

I don't really have the answer. 2009--decision made, 2010-- the MOST miserable year in my life (i.e: had a lecturer harassing/bullying me, major family problem, financial, etc...wait! Almost got my scholarship retracted because of that bloody lecturer! ;(adfajcbnqbnuw!) , 2011-- Been a great year yet I have lost the chemistry with my family, again, I'm at my with end..

Shogun Restaurant serves Japanese Buffet.

There were a few spreads of food.

I would give 3.5/5 stars coz I have tasted something better in some other Japanese buffet.

But yeah, a beggar can't be choosy aites? Hahaha...

It was my uncle who treated me Shogun but I think all of us (the family) agreed that the food there were just mediocre.

Price : Rm 50 -60 ++ per person.

The terayaki that is made to order.

The only thing to die for is their takoyaki! #drooling.

the thoughts that runs through my mind are different.

as the train pulls backward to the rail heading north, my mind swirls south.

it feels like the soul I have been carrying all along decides to drop off, without me.

it is my body who is traveling home,alone, cold and pale.

as the body traveled apart from its soul, slowly it dies.. into a deep sleep.

the soul in the mean while, was having the jolliest time ever in its life.

as its hands touch the clouds, his hollow heart glows with the pinkest warm ever.

the world it sees is way different from its previous life.

a new adventure has began....

but up above, the Creator faces a dilemma.

God is in dilemma, in between.

He have seen how miserable world has treated the body yet He knows the time is yet to come, the journey is long from the ending. Meanwhile, when He sees the soul, He couldn't help but to feel happy for it has found the ultimate freedom it has sought for a long long time. For once, God has to put a rest to this case, He needs more time for His judgement. He stamped the file "In Between Dilemmas. A Case of Unsolved."

The best Ice-cream in the world.

It's never gonna be the same anymore. What a memory.

You guys must be wondering why this Mcd's Ice-cream is the best one in the world for me. It's one random happiness. I was seating with fie at the table for 4 people and about to end our meal when I saw this family. The wife is pregnant and their children are really young, the only place available was the Mcd pub table. It was a humanity reflex actually, I told fie about it and we moved to the bar table. We gave the table to the family and continue talking and updating about life. Then, I saw the little boy ran up the staircase with 2 ice-creams on his hands, it was so cute. He said something to his mother and out of nowhere turned to us and handed the ice-creams with the jolliest face that I have ever seen in my life. I was shocked, so was Fie. We took the ice-creams and actually laughed, thinking that it was so random! The boy was still there standing with his big smile. As I took the first bite, it was the best ice-cream I have ever tasted. It tasted love, humanity, and care. I never expected to have anything in return for giving up the table. Like I said, it was a humanity reflex. And it turned out that the father bought us the ice-creams and asked the son to give it to us. It was the most random happiness that I have ever tasted in my life. It almost got me into tears.

the family. The children smiled to me throughout the sittings. It was magnificent.

p/s: Actually, last night while reading a food blog, I asked God to give me ice-cream. Yes, He granted it, in the most beautiful way. Just plain amazing.

This lunch date happened quite sometimes ago.

It's just today that I have the chance to post it up.

I actually promised Dydy that I'll treat him with my 1st Degree's scholarship money.

So there we were, at our favourite restaurant, Chilis KLCC.

Dydy was actually in a rush coz he got a train to catch that day.

We couldn't ordered much that we only settled down with:

A basket of tostada chips with guacamole

2 lamb dishes

2 juices

But yeah, promise fulfilled.

Was happy that I got to hang out with him that day.

He even helped me with my financial.fuhh
