About Rayyan Haries

Hi, Am Rayyan Haries. Yes, that bubbly guy holding a bottle of Mizone and a bag of food is me. I love to eat and travel so much that I usually have food in one hand while traveling.

I used to study TESL for 4 years and decided to take a pretty long sabbatical leave to pursue what I love doing; Backpacking and traveling! I've been writing for over 5 years now, I started this blog with so many niche before finally laying my foot down on Backpacking/Traveling as well as food. It has been a long journey ever-since.

So, after finally having the time to backpack, I made the decision to backpack in South East Asia for a month. My route was Singapore-Thailand-Indonesia. My route took me to the beautiful, modern and sophisticated Island country, Singapore. Then I did an overland journey all the way from Singapore to Thailand where I had the most magical and mystical adventure.
And then I went to Indonesia where I fell in love with the culture, the people and the food. I never wanted to leave.

Ever since coming back, I've been working closely with Tourism Malaysia, Tourism Malaysia Pahang, Tourism Malaysia Kelantan and also my birth-place Tourism Selangor. It has been a great experience seeing my own country the way I have never seen before.

So, what's next? I have no exact answer to that but one thing I know; am not gonna stop backpacking! And I'm hopping that I could fulfill my dream of backpacking and volunteering soon!

If you like traveling and eating, I'm sure you won't regret reading my blog! Thank you for the support, it has been a source of inspiration to keep me writing! Cheers! :D
